Funeral

It is with great sadness that I announce that one of my favorite pairs of boots has "passed". These boots were awesome. They were red and shiny. They received lots of attention. They died this morning on the way in to work. As I was walking across the jagged brick walkway of the courtyard, my heel hit wrong and broke. :-( Tears fell down my face, as I limped along to a place where I could sit and just stare in disbelief. Not five minutes before, I had just received a compliment on my awesome pair of boots........ just to have them taken away from me!!! *cries in agony

Today is a sad day for me as I lay my trusty boots to rest. Services will be held at 10 AM CDT. There will be a 50 shoe salute in their honor.

Oh and just so you know...... I's NOT in a good mood either! So the "ONE" or "TWO" who annoy me (and you know who you are)..... stay away! I'm just itchin' for a brawl! ha ha ha ha

Today was truly a travesty. but the story goes further. *sniff sniff* so i am walkin' around in my socks, right?.....i had to go back to the valet to get them to bring me my car....the only other shoes i could find were another pair of boots i had in my trunk,,,but they were big furry ones...like for snow. ha ha ha i had to wear those for the rest of the day. lol i was embarrassed...and they didn't match my outfit. :S

What a tHorrific Cataclysm... There will be a Statue of you erected beside mine in the center of Alleluyaleum's Capital! and a 21 gun salute to the loss of a pair of boots.... the sun has gotten a little duller....

Thank you, Luke. Now the only reminder I have of my boots of yesterday, is a blister on the back of my foot. *sniff sniff Its memory lives on.

This is the 2nd pair of boots in 3 weeks that have just rubbed me the wrong way! I'm thinkin' I need thicker socks!
