Let it level out Jo would be my advice. That normally seems the best course of action.

I found the spot and tuned it down.
Changes will be rolled back for 50% coming Tuesday.
future changes if needed are now much smaller.

Thanks Crafty. I've decided to hedge my bets I'm addressing it in my WG empire and leaving it to level out on GR, and hindsight will tell me which was the best strategy! ROFL.
