I need some advice regarding my corperation in my country "The Republic of America" on FB. I have enough workers, pay them a good salary but my hiring is always short. Any suggestions?

First thing I see is a lack of workers. Try closing 1 corporation or add more population.

Also, make sure your hiring is set to 100% in the automation page.
