As Chairman of UC, I will take the offered treaty to the federation for ratification with my endorsement for approval. I will also call for an immediate ceasefire by all UC combatants and ask non UC supporters of UC to cease hostilities.

Should I fail to get the treaty ratified I will notify Zeba and will ask all UC combatants and non UC supporters to allow a continuation of the ceasefire for 72 hours after my notice to Zeba.

When I get the treaty ratified, I will post notice that it has been ratified here in this forum and also notify Zeba.

Forgive me, but to my dismay, Officer Uniqua, of the kill2 federation has taken over new southland. This action was made purely by mistake and only defensive in nature. Officer Uniqua expressed to me that she was upset at the loss of her closest friend, Officer Tyrone. I have reprimanded her in full and expect that GREF will acknowledge I have problems recieving messages in my main. All hostilities have ceased, all open declarations are now closed on my end, in observance of the cease fire called by John L. I have informed Officer Uniqua that i don't approve of her actions and further instances of insubordination will not be tolerated.

We also, regret to inform you this country will not be returned through peaceful means. I hope you in GREF understand. I hope to see the peace treaty ratified, though I voted NO!!! LOL, cheers

You will return Dorthy's countries or there will be no peace...ignorance is not an excuse...and taking countries from a innocent, non-combatant player that never even fired a shot on you when you took her first country, during a ceasefire is egregious and dismally in poor taste.

Besides these countries are practically c3's...what could you possible gain from them? I know these are your first 2 victories in the entire war and I shouldn't be surprised by your lack of diplomacy, but give it a rest.

Okay, it appears that the UC will end up passing the vote on the peace treaty. Good for UC, they are more diplomatic than I am anyday. Homer the war we had was great. Good Job.
