start a war with c3. This should not be a starter thing. Wars cost tons a money on war damage need units. get ed to 120. Set priorities to equal 120. put a high priority in whatever your lacking. Teachers, nurses and llm dont worth too much about. Also you get a lot of free nurses and teachers. Nurse pay rates are way off which less than min wage.

My guess is have at least 20 trill before you start a war. Many people quit because of they run out of money and the loans are hidden away

I wouldn't recommend doing much of anything with the military for a new player until they get their economy going. Once you take that first C3 the newbie cash bonus ends.

Use the time until that runs out to work on your economy.
