Sam, you are adding about 45k population per real day and your average age is stable. At this rate, you will exceed 32 million population by early next week. Your corporations values don't matter unless you plan to sell shares or your corps.
As to your cash situation, you appear to be stocking weapons, that I assume are to hit game level. This is effecting your monthly country income but you appear to be on the cusp of hitting several game levels. You are at game level 4 (peaceful), but you appear to meet the requirements for game level 5 (full game) right now. You should toggle full game requirement for game level, in this situation. Though you have already collected coins for 5, you are very close to hitting game levels 6 and 7 (full game), and the 240 coins those levels would bring. You need only a few more enterprise corps, 6 as of this post, and to hit war levels 3 and 4. I would advise consulting my raiding guide,
