Wendy, the legislation of NLUO was openly published by the NLUO, not me. That was how Hezzy said they would work, not me.

The NLUO never instigated any aggression towards anyone, ever. We are not keeping the peace with anyone, because the NLUO has never shown aggression to ANYONE.

Now here are the powers and responsibilities of the Secretary of State:

Secratary of State: They focus on the foreign & war policies of the NLUO, and run the wars of the NLUO. They are the representatives of the NLUO World Government in diplomacy. The secretary of state is the head of the federations. When there is a resolution of war passed in the LU Security Council, the secretary of state regulates the federations, which the Join t chiefs of staff of the chairmen of the federations voted to be chosen to go to war. The Secretary of state set up battle plans for the federations chosen, and enforced the Security council resolution. He or she is elected for up to 2 terms; which are 40 LU Years each term. The secretary of State also appoints the Joint Chiefs of staff, and they are confirmed Secretary General. All policies must be apporved by the Secretary General.

So this is why Secretary Wendy is speaking for the NLUO Crafty.

Really what you should do is join the NLUO Crafty, and then you can know all the inner workings and maybe event gain power to make a difference.

I'm not sure if this is the appropriate thread for me to post what I would like to say, but here goes.

I involved myself in this issue, because as a player, I was concerned by the "terminology" that Hezzy was using, which put forth that the NLUO was the governing body of the entire LU world. I still take issue with this, but nevertheless, perhaps it is just a case of semantics. But in my opinion, it was terminology like this that would fuel the passions of players who like to "govern" themselves.

Other than that, I think Hezzy's concept is good. I like the banding of players to work and play the game together. It is always what I enjoyed.

I don't understand why Hez is running the gov is he is new to the game. There is no intent to belittle anyone with this comment, but allowing someone who hasn't proved stability or rationality seems to have potentially disastrous outcomes.

Well, Crafty knows what he is trying to do when questioning Hezekiah, and making it a session of ridicule, disguised as genuine interest or concern. That I don't like, nor agree with.

It has been my very nature to speak up for those being handled the wrong way by a stronger opposition that should have used some restraint in the first place.
