I am trying to set up this world government so we can have such intereaction as Wendy has suggested. I am almost done with the site, and once people learn how to use it, it will make the game a lot more fun interactive. It is very democratic. I see, some apprehension because I created the site, but I am in no way trying to rule the world on my own. We can all rule the world together in some compacity. I have gotten over 14 players to stay in this game simply by being available. What we all must understand, that a beginner is just that. They don't understand and are intimidated by the massiveness of the game. I know that people listen because we have a bunch of people in the LU world government now. We all are looking for international politics, and interaction. Help me help all of us. Get on board.

here's a question hezzy. why would i want to go to a third party sight, to have a game discussion, with a cross section of players?

seems rather reclusive, and self defeating.

as far as i am concerned these players are better off gone if they cant handle it to bad....not to mention we have secured mode ASWELL as war levels which is idiotic

when i first learned how to play internet games of this type, i spent the first round i played, cussing at the computer. i payed a PK mud for 7 months, cussing out my slow computer at least once a session. but i hung in their, because i knew that essentially, every one plays by the game rules, and i'm either being beatn out of skill, or that i fail to grasp the concept... i did "get it," and eventually had my time on top.

i'm with you, kinda, their is way to much sympathy for defeated players. to the point that "winning," keeps becoming more and more difficult. its really not as bleak as all that, but it does get discouraging.

your kind of thinking, is what attracted people early on. and it created a turmoil time of war lords preying on new players, before they even had a chance to figure out the war engine... let along build up enough. it was a daily blood bath.

all i know is when i first started the first thing i wanted to do was battle someone.....2 years later i have yet to battle someone and i realize the war game is abit dry anyways.....not to mention there is not really a good reason to go to war in the first place especially when you are a free player like myself

I am with Broccoli on this, I too, have observed how backwards this game is. And those who do not like criticism about the game, are people who have simply gotten used to it and they could careless. But at this rate it will continue to become outdated.

I stick by my comment. The updates that come don't seem to be mere corrections but steps forward. If the kiddies had the patience they wouldn't leave but begin sinking with the game a touch better.

Numbers fluctuate and there are many reasons. some are related to our clean up policy that depends on many factors that are not relevant to the game playing.
