Just a query.
Why is it, that in almost all of the 'available in 1 week' countries, the hiring rate is set to 90%?
When adding corps from a enterprise to a c3, it usually displays, 100% hiring and welfare.
Now that i've added a lot of corps, most of them are starting to get knocked down?
Is this some way to cripple enterprises or something? Anyone able to shed some light on this...
