I have done what you have asked Wendy, but the Proposal was rejected to change the name. I emailed the other Sons of Light Chairmen, and they don't want to change the name.. I am sorry. I wish we could just be fede confederacy allies even though you are not in the NLUO World Government anymore. I am not bad, and they nations who are in the feds that I recruited are not bad either. You could help teach them the game. I wish you would have a heart Wendy, I tried, but people want to not change, why do we? Response to Summons

Upon receipt of writ of summons, Prime Minister Keith Allaire has filed a motion to dismiss with the Supreme Court of Evil Woody Thoughts, alleging a lack of jurisdiction on the part of the LU International Court. Prime Minister Allaire has entered a complaint that claims the defense of sovereign immunity as head of state. In addition, the Prime Minister pleads that the charges brought against him are not justiciable because they represent a political question. Therefore he has petitioned the Supreme Court of Evil Woody Thoughts to quash the summons. The Supreme Court of Evil Woody Thoughts will rule on this question no later than 4 March 2009.

The New Little Upsilon Order is invited to submit a legal brief or pleading answering the complaint and explaining what personal jurisdiction, and on what grounds, it claims over the Prime Minister. Failure to do so may result in a default judgment against the NLUO. The NL

First of all, Mr Taylor. Thanks for your advice. If you know that you can't just change the fed's name. It has to be voted on to change it.. I have tried to.. She has no real reason to have me change it, and I don't believe people should align in feds if they dont' plan to maintain their loyalies. I am very loyal. There was enough concern about what you are doing to other nations to at least summon you to the LU International Court. We are not trying to have jurisdiction over a sovern nation, but when that sovern nation is doing something not in the best interests of the international community. We feel it is our responsibility to step in and work this thing out. Now. you violated International law, and since there is no international body to fill as the respondant to nations committing not so appealing acts. We are that accountable body. We are now persuing a Security Council resolution to gain the juridiction we need to prosecute you.. This is not personal at all, but there has to be accountability when it comes to war. As for the Constitution, We had to hold an NLUO vote only because nations would come and vote 2 and 3 times on the poll, and there is no way to limit the numbers of votes. So we voted in the Chatroom,

I received a message as a member of the Security Council about a "trial". And was asked for a resolution...For what I have no clue. Nor do I care.

Allow me to clarify for any curious bystanders.

Courts can try anything or anyone from anywhere. However, without enforcement the rulings are nothing more than written statements.

Regardless, stop telling them they can't have a trial. If they don't have a trial we can't assassinate judges or intimidate witnesses. Watching them try to enforce a judgment could also be a source of much entertainment.
