Its really about lower alpha male status in some peoples lives, wants to be better at the game then some people and have more then them and rule simcountry. Thats why hes calling out everyone to battle Aries, its also a strength test for his superior to see how strong he really is as well who else is really strong, as well as hold power to whom is challenging his superior:

"you accept MY challenge and fight Aries?"

even if he cant fight them or be tough really, Aries can.

Power trip, everyone sees as theyre to weak to fight the contender Aries and and dont think about the mans power trip over another mans power. Really similar to getting an asset grant and really taking it for granted. He dident work for all that just got it all, acts like a pro at the game.

There is a misunderstanding here. Sunny isn't my messenger or anything like that. This thread was started after I had a conversation with Sunny in chat. Essentially, he was wondering about lack of PvP wars and why large players seem to avoid war. I told him I wasn't really avoiding war but I lacked enemies and for me to start trouble on my own would be like picking on players.

He floated a question about what would happen if some coalition of players attacked me. I told him no grouping of such players was likely and he then started this thread. The thread itself was not my idea and I avoided it until now, only posting at this time to clear up some apparent confusion.

Also due to my computer being out cant really war on my mobile device as one can on a computer.Like this time i had a c3 bend to my will due to my air wings and all i had to do was transport a land unit and paint the map sadly war was over before i could do such a thing.On the up side i shall keep building either untill i get a new pc or gamemaster makes updates on the mobile side in which one can war just as good as on a computer

This is a pretty dead thread. What's new you ask? Well, since I've been here nothing much honestly. Mostly quiet. Most of the super powers on simcountry are asleep, but they're here watching. Waiting. I believe Aries power influence has scared off other super powers from doing war against weaker players honestly. That's just my assumption. However on FB there seems to be some problems on the horizon, I don't really know the story because I'm not involved. However I will be once the wars begin...

The largest war in the last year was Aries vs Whiteboy. I do not know the clear victor. It seems they're at peace right now, but that may change soon.

There are also a few vulnerable large empires. Vulnerable as in their economy has collapsed... Check around, gain assets. Go for the kill on one of the former sleeping super powers who've neglected their country upkeep.

I remember back in early 2008 seeing players stealing countries off doods that for what ever reason could not log on for X amount of time so could not fight back.
Yes we could spend X amount of Gold on War protection while players were away....but it was/is not cheap.

Thinking about it....I wonder if players put the effort in to steal and war back in the day because there was the aim of getting big enough to cash out???? Does anyone know anyone who has cashed out???

To answer Nix question, I knew a bunch of people that used to cash from the game in the former setup. It was in small increments from what I understand. But they were honored requests from what I can remember. I cashed out quite a bit on my own independently. I know that was a huge lure for players. I guess I can understand why GC exchange is one way now.

I cashed out a few times in the last year. You get $25 a pop for 500 coins and have to meet a long list of requirements.

Interesting, I wasn't aware they were still doing it.
