OK this is unbelievable but I just confirmed it. All my Oil Corps in all my countries use around 1M-1.3M of Industrial Equipment every month instead of 250K that they should use. This happenned right after the last update and it's seriously harmful since I use contracts and ASQ in all of them. Please Andy take a look and fix this problem ASAP. Hope there are no more glitches with other supplies (haven't found one so far).
