1 don't IPO alot if you ipo too much then you go past 200 bil and a 20 bill profit payment is made not sure how much you get and hello negative EPS
and high PE which you will be buying the shares
ipo for a 100 bil and instead wait till a high price and sell shares and you will get it all
on enterprise you can make money buy buying low PE shares and sell at high PE
I also bought two companies 1 air fuel and 1 HT
so low owner ship has its risks and you loose some income from the profit payment
