It's just a designation, one which is easily understood. Bearing in mind that this game is played by lots of nationalities, I think it's unlikely to offend anyone except yourself.

The fun aside, I agree that it's silly. There are lots of other groups of persons in modern society that have been excluded from the labout market for various reasons.

The back-to-work-schools should be for non-participating labour in general.
