Product quality?

So my corporations have been purchasing product quality upgrades for months and now it has reached 127 but my product quality is still at 120. My supplies quality is like 130 so im unsure as to why the quality isnt improving since this is causing my corpo to be less profitable.

I'd put the quality and effectivity upgrades on auto upgrade, and purchase supplies at between 180-200, and for military corps at 220. It takes time to turn a good profit.
