After the unprovoked attacks and saber-rattling against the peace loving citizens of Cat Goes Meow, the parliament of Dog Goes Woof has authorized the use of economic sanctions and limited military force be used against the country of Moneyville. The KB Security Council has already authorized sanctions regarding Moneyville's strategic forces, and these additional sanctions will target the country's manufacturing sectors.

Dog Goes Woof hereby gives Moneyville 72 hour notice to seize all hostile behaviors or additional sanctions and/or additional military actions may be authorized.

The original sanctions and terms of peace that were placed upon Moneyville were supported by The Unique Federation, however, these additional measures are solely endorsed by only the government of Dog Goes Woof. Any future military action is to be considered as Dog Goes Woof's right to peacefully exist and defend itself against rouge countries such

At the gracious request of the Wicked Lady the Godmother of SimCountry, the Unique Federations have agreed to a temporary cease fire with Payaso (or any other name he uses) to allow him to come out of war protection and engage in a war with Serpent without interference or a declaration of war from the Unique Federation(s) members. There are terms to this cease fire and they are absolute.
- This cease fire is temporary and is for this war and only this war between Payaso and Serpent.
- This cease fire expires immediately upon end of this war.
