A round of natural resources discovery is just completed.

Most countries have some new natural resources available to them and can setup new corporations to mine these resources.

Natural resources corporations remain very profitable.
Their profits and market values can reach values that are twice higher than average of values and profits in other types of corporations.

There are now C3 countries with more than 120 unused natural resources.

Conquering a country like that, or worst case purchasing it for 30 gold coins, gives you the opportunity to build a natural resources entity that will deliver many many billions in monthly profits.

I will do one like that on KB.
I will replace all the existing corporations and create a natural resources only country.

we will see where it goes.

Will demand deminish with new Resource Companies, though? If so, profits will plummet since demand will drop- so will prices. Curious.

some existing raw materials corporations get closer to end of life and will close.

It remains a very profitable business.

Not many players are using the opportunity.
New such corporations come in small numbers.

I do not know what will happen if everyone will get these high natural resources countries and will build many such corporations.

Agreed- good points. I experienced Oil, Uranium, Aluminum and Coal going "Green" a few times with the current number of Users- thought I would ask.

In general these products are always short.
all countries use them, all corporations use them.

As I said on August 12, I have set up the country:
"Natural resources only" on KB.

it has more than 130 natural resources corporations.
only one private corporation which is not producing a natural resource.
It was in the country when I bought it.
I closed all the other corporations.

profits are soaring. most corporations are not at top quality yet.

It was quite an investment because I did it very fast.
I can be done with a much smaller investment if you do it at a slower pace.
It will pay for itself.

Amalie- I believe "Natural resources only" on KB is the name. I too started an Enterprise on WG and max'ed out the number of Natural Resource Companies I could start with it and the profits were awesome! Even in my countries, I try to make the majority of the companies Natural Resources and never in the red. Great strategy if you use it.

Huge profits for a short period then closure after closure as your resources run out. Andy is wrong about all countries and corps using them, I think it's only gas that countries use and not all corps use them. They're not all profitable either, on FB selenium and uranium are rarely in the red and silver dips in and out. If you build around 20 or so per country you will always have resources to replace those corps that close. What I have seen is players building huge armies and expensive welfare states only to find their economy can't afford it once their resources run dry. The best way to make money is to have an enterprise that just builds them and ipo them as soon as they're around 700B. You can make 60T in under a week.

I'm agree with you that build an enterprise only with mining corporations to dig the naturales resources are very profitable. And yes, IPO is necessary.

We did the oil based economy for years Andy. It was very stable and profitable.

Then the game changed into exhaustible resources.

You are not tricking me into completely reworking my economy again.
