Name Calling rules still apply?

Just wondering if name callings still get the player banned or something from the game or in the forum.

Because i been called retard by Devils Halo.

Just as you are aware people with disabilities are nothing of special and i wouldnt class them special. Born with disabilties and all. I do understand there are other people worst than me, ive seen them and i been with them. I also worked with them and school when i was a kid. It is not funny being disabled. I just hope they get along just fine in this world of life, they're into.

That is my first thought when i started in the forum on peoples communication and that is the right logic (your words) see im slow to pick things up, if you get the drift, when i first started on Kasper thread. (Prediction) Then he started or atleast she i should say, started on me.
