W3C - Oops - administration failed on the portal

At the end of the upgrade procedure this morning, the administration data transfer between FB and the portal failed.
As a result, many countries and enterprises are not showing and considered cancelled. Some do show up.
Nothing is cancelled or lost.

The administration is being fixed now and will be restored ASAP

Andy, I hate to add to your problems-list...

but I'm also experiencing trouble exchanging game-cash for GCs. System allows me to see all the available GCs to buy. Allows me to input the number I want (after I click on the Check Details link), but doesn't accept the order when I click the Buy Gold Coins button. Nothing happens actually.

Tried using Firefox and Safari on a Mac.

The system is treating the countries as new, which is why I cannot exchange products in Direct Trading and probably why you can't buy GCs.

An engineer is looking into it right now.

It is connected to the problem we had on FB and as David commented, is not completely solved.

We will solve it ASAP.
