Just wondering (giving loans pros and cons)

i was wondering about the pros and cons on giving loans i was looking at the loan page and seen you could give loans and i was wondering if giving loans can bring in additional income every month because of the interest being paid to you and when you offer the loan is it in game months or real months




on totally unrelated question ive seen some prices of things on the market soar and drop because of supply and demand so i thought about investing in gold(((cause real country's do it))) but the price doesn't CHANGE why!!!?
