Migration Still Broken

I think Migration is still broken. I have an immigration index of 123, which should be the highest of any country on FB, yet I get no immigrants (the United Kingdom of Balta on FB)

My average low level worker salaries are about to go over 130,000 SC. Multiple jobs in Balta pay in the millions range

Pop increases for paid players. Just do it already and stop complaining.

I don't allow my citizens to leave my country . They are all very happy!

Migration numbers are increasing.
we have increased numbers.

The next upgrade will include a change in the migration index, making it more responsive and more flexible.

we will then evaluate the new migration numbers and may do more to make migration more meaningful.

Thanks for the information. Please let us know what has been changed about the migration index, when the update launches.

I actually got a tiny number of migrants on FB. 8 people to be exact. I'm betting it's from all the inactives that were destroyed. I guess war is the only way right now to get a migration index low enough for people to leave.

Migration numbers increased again today.
the next upgrade will revise the way the migration index is calculated and increase the spread between countries.

we will then increase numbers again.
