How much do you make per war level?

Someone asked and i didnt know the answer. From war level 1-11 how much do you make per level?

The following settings are currently used:

C3 country at war level 1. Cash level at the end of the war 1T.
C3 country at war level 2. Cash level at the end of the war 2T.
C3 country at war level 3. Cash level at the end of the war 3T.
C3 country at war level 4. Cash level at the end of the war 4T.
C3 country at war level 5. Cash level at the end of the war 5T.
C3 country at war level 6. Cash level at the end of the war 6T.
C3 country at war level 7. Cash level at the end of the war 7T.
C3 country at war level 8. Cash level at the end of the war 8T.
C3 country at war level 9. Cash level at the end of the war 9T.
C3 country at war level 10. Cash level at the end of the war 10T.
C3 country at war level 11. Cash level at the end of the war 11T.

can you fight c3 at say wl 11 more than once, or is there a restriction such as for pvp where you cannot war over or under two levels from you?

for example, when you're at wl 11 can you fight with 10 different countries at wl 11, so you fight 10 times? if you in all of them, that would be 110T rewards?

Usually at WL4 I make $4T booty but thanks to weapons and ammo purchases I only make $1T profit.

its probably around 1T no matter which lvl after ammo/weapons purchases.

get only 1T net profit per level doesn't sound attractive at all, considering the amount of works involved

It really doesn't seem like much of a difference to me, I get more casualities so I have larger purchase orders, I suppose it really comes down to how big of an army you can support. But this is from someone who always tells himself he's gonna war up but always chickens out.
