Absolutely agree with point above, and to expand that to account wide. Just logging in should keep inactive status if you don't go into one of your countries for months.

OK, good point, but also if you are active (have looked at other countries) then surely you would notice if someone declares on a country you havent looked at for a month. Also you get e-mail from the GM about decs. And there is 2 days of waiting for decs to become active. But yes I can concede the point.

You dont learn squat from raiding C3s, you would learn more from inactive if it had any kind of defence beyond a C3 level defence. I can also disagree with the raiding hindering learning econ. But kudos wendy for offering another side of the discussion, thats democracy ;)

Agreed. But why wait for someone to raid? Introduce rebellions, insurrections, or revolutions. If a president doesnt care to look after one of his/her countries for a month, it should "revolt" back to a C3 with all it's swag and war level. THEN let the free-for-all begin.

After empire has been inactive for one month, all restrictions should be off. That's one way that I got started. It was a big help.

Border C why are you against the idea of C3 raiding? i've realized theres still some room to make some profit out of that no matter what the elite players of this game say.

Fed leaders, please get your fed members to get involved, either way. Apathy & lethargy is not the way forward for anything.

I agree if the empire is inactive for at least a month we should be able to raid. Also the secured main should lose it securedness, to allow for some swag removal.

I agree. Ditch the war levels. For a player like me who's just starting its a handicap. Sure it'll keep me protected from aggressive player but I never had any problems from them before the war levels if I kept to myself. There should be an element of risk if you ask me. More fun that way. Another way its killed the fun for me is scouting for countries and planning invasions. Used to love that. Now why bother. Im war level 3 now and my choices are limited to active players prob.
