Im already on war level 3 but now I cant attack any inactives on a lower level which they all seem too be. Ive wasted those war levels on worthless C'3. Instead of more valuable targets. That's what my issue was. For a returning player back that takes time to figure out. Ill say this again at no point have I pretended to be anything.

SO, let me get this str8. You mean the problem is that you actually are upset that you have actually attack a level 3 Player Controlled Country instead of raid your way to success.

Try learning how to play the econ game if you can't raid --OR-- untuck your tail from between your legs and fight someone already --or-- STFU and deal with it.

All the inactives are level 0 is the problem. They could be war level 10 for all I care. Only active players are higher than 3 that ive noticed. What's wrong with raiding exactly? Better the country go to an active player than be wiped clean?
