HELP! I need Corps in Mullin, Llano, Polari, Medaro. 5% tax.

I keep a few corps at low salary (150). If I make a mistake so not all corps can be fully hired, my corps take the hit.

Sorry everyone! The change eliminating ability to transfer pop from country to has drastically reduced my ability to shuffle skills to meet corp needs. I closed all my countries until I get things in order. I apologize to any CEO's who located in one of my countries and are now having trouble hiring.
