0%-10% Corp tax Countries Please Post Here! (Golden Rainbow)

I put a corps in Doubletop(craftycockney), and one in TESTED (ARES). When I checked I found staffing at very low levels (17 % in Tested). I checked and found that the salary index in tested is 600 (Gov) and 800 (private). In Doubletop the salary index is 200 (gov) and 600 (private). Does anyone have an opinion? Should I just move these corps or will staff build up? Note moving a Corps from a presidented country cost 5B SC$, and it'll take 84 SC months (and a lot of losses) to increase salary from my usual 180.

This is an update on the salary index issue for CEO builds. My staff in Doubletop did rise to 100%, so the fact that my level was 180 compared to 200 for state (not Gov) corps didn't do any long term harm. TESTED is still a problem, so there appears to be a problem if you have a salary index below 200 and the countries you want to build in have salary indexes much higher. I did some checking on my no president countries and discovered that staffing was well below 100% for two countries that for some reason had salary indexes well above 200. Note that one of these now has a president, so I'll have to pay a $5B move fee I guess. It seems to me that if the country was no president when I set it up I should'nt have to pay a fee. I'm considering a proposal that if you have to move because of salary differential or the country didn't have a president when you started there, you shouldn't have to pay the $5B.

Mullin--tax rate 5%, unemployed up near 200,000, all corps at 100% hired. 19,000 HT Engineers, 6000 Ht seniors. I'll juggle staff to match whatever corp.

Just added a million pop in Mullin. I asking you to locate only corps with a salary index of 170 or less. If you decide that the low salary isn't right for your corp, I'll refund move costs (outbound only), either via a GC transactiion or some way a more experienced player knows.

Just added 1 m pop. 5% tax. At the start I'm asking you to keep salary at or below 170. I'll go with a maturity cycle theory, that as industries mature, they'll get more productive and salaries will increase. If you don't like any part of LLano, you can move out for free, just like Mullin.

Joe3811 - My state salaries are around 300 - 350 and my CEO salaries are 600-1000, but the salaries of many other CEO's are high in my country...you should have a minimum of 200-500 for your CEO as it boosts production.

Mullin, Llano, and Polari appear to be full right now. If we juggle some staff and can crowd another 1 or 2 corps in I'll let you know. Thanks to all--and thanks Zeba--all info is helpful.
