Too many forts?

That has been around for real life years, and the SC community convinced the GM to limit the number of forts allowed. Tho you can order more forts than are allowed IF you place your order before the fort limit is reached...

Anyway, it helps to kill all the pop centers, wait til the next game month and attack the pop centers again. You'll get a faster drop in the war index. You still have to kill lots of forts, but if you get your buddies to help you and drink some beers, you can turn it into a party.

Why am I commenting when I'm not involved?? Because my friends and I have killed off countries with thousands of forts. No joke. THOUSANDS. So I'm willing to give advice to anyone who is fort killing.

BTW if you ask Iki (she hangs out in IRC) about forts and Ginger, she has a story for you... if she doesn't curl up in the fetal position first from the memory of all those forts

Its NOT the fact that there are so many forts so much as the limit is suppost to be 100. I have 100 in each of my countries and not 1 extra. It may be true that the forts bug has been around forever but this is the first I've seen this. Hell, I fought with the AF, 21 countries in all and I have yet to see more than 100. Im sure the AF knew of this bug and chose not to exploit it...I find myself respecting the AF Boys and Girls even more because they fought honestly.
