Aid vote additional information for "The Empire of Mia nosa" (Golden Rainbow)

A request was submitted for a vote for aid for this country by senior leader "Jack Jones" of "My Kind of Town". First, thank you to this leader for taking the time and effort to review this country, "The Empire of Mia nosa", and submit a proposal for aid from the Secuity Council.

Although not included in the proposal language, one great area of need and difficulty has been the healthcare system. It started at a very low index value, and it has been a constant struggle to increase it since leadership of the country began. An enormous amout of resources have been lost and delayed because of this, including causing higher unemployment, fewer 'able' workers, and a lack of hospitals, as well as no 'special clinics' to rehabilitate injured workers.

In addition, the relief resources are inadequate in case of a disaster of any kind, so an aid package would be useful to build up this area, as well. T

Thank to all Security Council members and leaders generally for the support for aid to "The Empire of Mia nosa". Currently, aid funds have been used to significantly raise the "Health Index" by providing many new "Hospitals" and "Special Clinics".
