There is a problem with WP...when an aggressor uses it to wage a BS C3 war and hold other paying players RL hostage...for no other reason then she has ruined her own life and she is GREEDY.

I think WP should be changed to 1 of 2 scenarios:

1st...don't allow declaring war on others if you are using War protection in your empire.

2nd...Only half of your empire (based on total population) can be in WP if you want to Declare War on others.

In both cases...if you don't want to Declare war on others then you would be free to have your entire empire in WP. This C3 war makes no sense at all.
