You must submit the proper paperwork, in triplicate, before the deadline. Proper procedure requires the paperwork and all supporting documentation be lost, stolen, sold, recovered, shredded, taped together, lost again, buried, dug up, enshrined, explained, and proposed before voting. Request disapproved. Resubmit within 30 days for final disapproval.

I have been rejecting those proposals lately because I hate the idea of free money, but then I read this forum post.
I tried to submit your empire for a $2T consideration but you have to be kicked off the council first.
I'll be happy to submit you for consideration, but I think I lose my seat on the council before you do.
Too bad we can't vote ourselves permanent seats or an infinite number of $2T proposals.
But alas, there is a limit to the corrup..., er, capitalism one can practice.
