Development aid? (Golden Rainbow)

I have seen messages about voting for development aid for different countries. How does one go about getting development aid for your country? I could definitely use a $3 trillion boost to my economy. My available cash has dropped from $1.2 T down to $300B over the last few months.

The Security Council is responsible for the granting of aid. What you can do is contact a member of the SC, explain your situation to them, and ask if they will help. I THINK you can get the names of the SC members by clicking into the Security Council tab on your country page, but I'm not certain if it will give you direct contact with the members from there. Another way of upping your cash is to exchange gold coins for game cash on the cash market, which you access from your login page. You can do 20 gold coins per game month maximum. The going rate on GR is 580 billion per GC, so 5 coins would get you 2.9 trillion. When you bid, the auction is open for 24 hours, but the GM will come in with a bid a half hour or so afterward, and you can accept his bid and get the cash without waiting. You access your bids from Cash Market-My GC bids for game money, or something close to that. Again, good luck.
