Low Tax % countries needed

Ok guys Cloverleaf Industries has now been in business long enough that I can now build in non-c3 countries. I'm looking to relocate lots of corps from 30% tax rate to countries with 10% or less taxes and enough workers. I've poked around some of the similar topics and looked at countries that have previously posted and I'm not seeing many with free workers. So post here or send me a message if you have low taxes and free workers. Feel free to request a specific type of corp you would like to have in your country, I have lots to move.

The Haradrim Empire.. Welfare index good.. Tax level 0.. Right now you can test try to move one corp into the country. Im sure there's enough workers unless your transfering a high tech corp.

Well, in Terok Nor I have a 10% tax rate and enough workers to start most corps... I'm gonna wait a few days and if nobody moves in I'm gonna start a state corp. So act now!

Karnage, currently has 10% tax but I set it to 0% today, purchased 2 million in population so will have a lot of workers soon. Build while theres space!
