Declaration of Jihad against the UC. (Golden Rainbow)

The LDI has indeed packed it up and gone home. The mission was a failure as they took no countries. In fact, they lost only 4, soon to be 6, crappy lil warslaves. They didn't heed my warnings that they could not win a campaign on UC turf.

There are positives that have come out of this war.
JohnL and his rat pack rose to the defense of GR, UC, friends. JohnL in particular showed true grit by taking on Barneys 4 countries in a land attack. Barney is no slouch when it comes to ground war and you pwned him. GREAT JOB!
Another positive is that the dividends of the Great War are finally paying off. GR is unified and has never been so peaceful. Strong cross fed alliances have been forged. We also sent a message to SC that GR isn't a place for offworlders with bad intensions.

Thanks Sam, Jason and Barney for the good times and the stress.

I was evac'd only. Thankfully. was rather fun though seeing a 20 foot wall of flame rolling over the hillside from the corner of my house. Puts things into perspective. Many players know my country names of choice, "Yorba"(Yorba Linda was burnt thoroughly.) "Brea"(brea Burnt, but less thoroughly the YL)

Glad to hear that your real life crisis was not as bad as reported. I know how it is to be living out of those temporay shelters. I hope that you can perhaps help some of your neighbors who were wiped out. The United Confederation voted to send some real life supplies your way so perhaps if you know of someone who is without a home tonight you might give them some of that beer and bourbon. Or better yet be there to for them as they pick up the peices of of the broken dreams and try to put their life back to normal.
