Corporation Relocations (White Giant)

I have 4 slaves set at 0%tax primarily for my own enterprise to build in. I received ONE request for a corporation relocation. Playing the diplomacy game, I accepted. Overnight I now have an enterprise controlled public corp (all owned by same played who initiated the ONE request) in each of my 4 slaves. I was not given the option to accept or deny these other corps nor even receive notification. What gives? thanks in advance for replies.
