Stealth Bomber Questions

I know that stealth bomber wings respond automatically to attacks on your country, and I assume that includes attacks by other stealth bomber wings, but do they automatically respond to attacks by other stealth bomber wings which said stealth bomber wings initiate automatically in response to an attack by your country's military? If so, is there anything to prevent two stealth bomber wings from two opposing countries from auto-responding back and forth to one another after one initial attack by one side or the other, until one stealth bomber wing or the other either is destroyed or else runs out of fuel or ammo? In other words, if two sim-countries are at war, and they both have stealth bomber wings, and one of them launches an attack, either with a stealth bomber wing or with another military unit, and the stealth bomber wing of the attacked country auto-responds, will the stealth-bomber wing of the attacking country auto-respond to the auto-response?
