Hospitals reserving staff but not ordered?

So I have an issue in one of my countries (The Bickering State of Harmony on WG). My change profession page shows that I am reserving staff for 50 hospitals, and the build hospital page shows the available workforce is decreased due to staff being reserved.

The issue is that there is no hospitals on order. On my trade page, no hospitals are ordered. In the products in stock, I have 5200 hospitals, which matches the current number in use.

I have no idea what the staff is being reserved for (this looks like a caching issue?) so can the GMs look into this please?

This happens indeed from time to time.

It happens when you build schools or hospitals etc. and then cancel.

The reserved workers and professionals are not cleared up when the order is cancelled.

I will clean up for you in the coming hours.
