Map problems

one of my c3 neighbors has a corp that has been located just off my coast for some reason in my territory right on the spot where my factorys spawn so i cant move my factorys to other parts of my map. WTF???

Do not worry, that happens sometimes because of how countries are designed in programming, such as vectors. You could change the icons of your factories to a smaller and so will have more space on your map for when you build more factories. I hope I was able to help.
