That is correct. If you go lower than that you won't educate enough people. Higher than that doesn't help, the computer adjusts it.

Well...it could just as easily total 240, and double the individual priorities. Its more of a ratio between the individual settings, but yes, 120 does seem to be the suggested easiest way to work it.

Crafty is right. I didn't want to go into the full mathematics of it, trying to keep it as simple as I could.

You could also go 360,480,600,... you get the picture. As long as it's 120 or a multiple thereof.
