Noob Question: War

What is necessary to take control of another country?

Do I have simply to destroy all military units an bases? Or is there a better way?

Hi Pascal,

You need to reduce the other country's War Index (WI) to zero. Your enemy's WI is indicated on the war map. It drops when cities, towns, counties, forts and the capital are destroyed - you'll need to destroy most or all of them to get the WI to zero.

Also, make sure to occupy all the enemy territory (when your units maneuver in their country, the land they move over turns orange)
