Corporations losing workers

I have corporations in my enterprise that are losing workers very fast, down to about 43% in three different corporations. I don't know why because they had been at full hiring capacity and the salaries are still at 315. Does anyone know what this may be due to?

The country they are at may be the problem. Consider moving them or wait.
