Should I create 2 plutonium corps? (White Giant)

Should I create 2 or more plutonium corps? It seems I'm having a shortage, i built the plutonium corp, contracted all sales to myself for a week, let it run, then built a strategic tactical weapon and launcher corp, but the weapon corp says it has a shortage of plutonium. I am nuclear though. Also I wanted to know how to do an IPO. Not on those corps. I have a missile interceptors corp that is making a profit, company has been running for about 2 1/2-3 real time weeks. It is doing well. I just want to know how to make sure I control ownership of the corporation for at least like 51-60% of the corp so I can still call the shots.

I just resolved to produce as much as I could with one plutonium corp and buy the few extra that I needed from my commonwealth.
