Production Plants Quality Level (White Giant)

Is there any benefit to buying/selling Quality level 370 or more production plants? The benefit to selling them is of course, that 4x the normal quality also sells for 4x the regular price. But what benefit does a potential buyer have? Do high quality level production plants result in an initially higher level corp?

No benefit.

Only benefit is that you get your production plant faster if there are shortages for accepting any quality.
