Destroying Weapons (Little Upsilon)

Hi

I need to destroy my Nuclear Weapons as the army is costing far too much money, the problem is i don't know how.

I have gone to the destroy strategic weapons screen but the Nukes don't show up on that screen.

Any ideas anyone?
