Defense and Offense Index (Golden Rainbow)

just a rapid question.

Deactivated weapon don't count in the defensive or offensive index?

And the general defense index is just a media or it depend from the unit created?

deactivated doesn't count.

Defense Index is 2 X Defensive + offensive + strategic, all divided by 4
