Level 3, Net Cash Question (Kebir Blue)

Anyone have any insight into why my net cash rating for level 3 is at 0? My finance overview says I have $1.9T in net cash, yet the level 3 requirement stays at 0.

Is there some other hidden requirement to achieve level 3? I had my defense index up over 100, but moved weapons back into reserve due to the net cash requirement not budging.

How many countries do you have? You need an average of 1T between all your owned countries.

Right now I have 3 countries. I'll let you know what happens when my net cash gets to $3T.

I had this problem too. I got there in the end but I'm not sure of the rule still. The confusion is with the zero. Even if it's not enough, there should still be a number there.

This is the key figure: net cash per country.

I agree that the 0 is confusing.

OK, my empire net cash is now at $3.2T (3 countries) and has been over $3T for several months now, yet the net cash line still reads zero.

What the heck is up?

I've got to add that this is a really frustrating and annoying issue.

How hard would it be for there to be some documentation on this issue? (there is none)

How hard would it be to change the code so that some other number than '0' comes up in the net cash field? (doesn't seem like it should be very difficult)

How many players have said 'screw it' and decided to spend their time doing something that makes sense rather than wasting time with nonsense like this? (getting close)

Anyway, my empire finance overview says I have $4.671T in net cash, yet the level 3 net cash field still says 0.

So this field still remains a mystery...

Perhaps the Sim Gods will some day enlighten us...

"Net Cash (average) 1T" that means a min of 1t in each country.

Thanks Jason. That was it, just needed to move some cash around so that each country had $1T min.

Mystery solved.
