When I click to open it, it says, "Service unavailable" or something like that. Does it go down sometime? Or is that something on my end?

I found helpful people on Chat so I was hoping to get some more adivce. Thanks guys.

It is down. It will likely come up again at just before 2am est (a set maintenance time). You can try to email the GM but it is unlikely they will respond by then.

Ohh okay. I just wanted to make sure I could still use it. Thanks!
