Naval Fleets aren't MOVING (Fearless Blue)

Hey guys, I have 2 Naval Aircraft and Heli Carriers and they haven't moved for the past 48 Hours.
They are stucked in middle of the land and i can't get them to budged off, So if anyone has any resolution to this so i can move them to another country please do so tell. I've tried moving it to 3 Different Countries but none went.

Hezzy has the same problem - his haven't moved in months, even though I told him how to do it!

There is a bug in the game that means that sometimes your fleets won't move. The way around it is to send them somewhere else first - and then onto your original target. I find that helps.

The same bug can also affect military transport aircraft.

i have the same problem with 1 aircraft carrier that it doesn't show in the offens weapons list but in the organize fleet option.
