Transferring Cash between countries

Hello,

I have a small empire, with 2 slave countries. I would like to send game money from my leader country to those 2 slave states. The Direct trading only allows me to transfer money from the account to the country which currently I have 0 $.

How can I transfer money between Leader state and slave states?

yes but your leader country must have over 2T dollars because the game does not let you transfer cash from your leader country with without this

but if you do
go back to direct trading and click receive cash from countries and enterprises and then just look for the leader and click receive cash
put in the amount
press receive and it will be transferred to your account
go back to direct trading
click send cash to countries and enterprises and continue the same method above but thing you will be sending instead of receiving
