Country showing deployed weapons that it doesn't have. (Little Upsilon)

One of my nation show on the map huge amount of deployed weapons(AAB)in the towns, but that country have no weapons and in the Deploy Guarrision option, towns are undefended.
is that normal or any bug?

The map only updates after some event. Do not trust long range aircraft until after you have fired.

When CCC repurchase air wings they also do not show up on the map until after they have shot at you. They do show up in the "select target from list". It is generally a good idea to destroy the defensive airport and avoid the problem.
