In our country Unimatrix01 we have a lot of fully upgraded state corps at a cheap price of about 100B, if you look into them the only reason they are not making profit is the high salary rate, so if you buy them and put salary back down to 300 they will fast switch to positive profit and its 0% Tax forever!
